Service Description
NextGen provides a platform for incoming college students to create a profile, upload photos, receive a branded frame for their cover photo, and purchase Instagram feature packages to connect with classmates at their school.
Eligibility
You must be a student applying to or attending a participating school. You must provide accurate information during your submission. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Submissions & Content
When you upload photos and profile information, you represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your content is appropriate and does not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful material
We reserve the right to reject or remove submissions that violate these standards.
Orders & Payment
Package prices are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe. All sales are subject to our posting timelines listed in each package. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unfulfilled orders.
Instagram Features
Posting timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to publish your feature within the timeframe of your selected package. Exact posting dates and formats may vary.
Intellectual Property
NextGen branding, frame designs, and website content are owned by us. Your submitted photos remain yours, but you grant us a license to use them for the services described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
NextGen is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
